The building is on the corner of Koch and Third. The apartment is at the top of the stairs.
While Buckwheat was getting Raven out of jail, Quicksilver got a hold of Giggy and got him to come to Adelaide to help out. The team decided that they were going to fill the truck Quicksilver had gotten a hold of previously with doughnuts and then track crash it near the precinct station for this precinct.
Meanwhile, Raven set charges in two of the abandoned/vacant buildings in the area in order to detonate one or both if the doughnut diversion did not work.
Just before midnight, Quicksilver ran the rigged truck full of doughnuts into a light pole about two blocks from the station. One car was dispatched, so Giggy called it in to two of the local news stations. Meanwhile, Buckwheat took up residence in another of the vacant buildings in the area and projected to see what was going on.
Quicksilver witnessed a police car rushing north, toward the target building and sped off on his motorcycle to drop an autocanon round in front of it and hopefully bet them to follow him and not get to the building. Meanwhile, Raven blew the first building to get the police force's attention at least split if not totally diverted.
As the car raced north, Buckwheat saw a mage headed toward the area they were supposed to be keeping law enforcement away from, and proceeded to intercept him. Buckwheat was able to quickly dispatch this mage, at which point two were sent to see what happened. Buckwheat, with the help of his power focus, was able make short work of these two mages. Another mage, this one with a powerful fire elemental, was able to then get to Buckwheat, and though the mage was easy enough to dispatch, the elemental was a little more of an issue. The elemental went after Buckwheat's body, which Buckwheat was able to defend by dropping back to it, and trying to get through a now burning building and to a window.
While all of this was going on, Giggy, having been abandoned on foot by Quicksilver, started making his way south toward the explosions - and, therefore, Raven. On the way, he saw several fire trucks pulling out of a station to head south to the explosions. Using his keen hearing, he was also able to determine that there were 5 or 6 Lone Star vehicles headed south, leaving one with the doughnut truck and one chasing Quicksilver, that either accounted for all the vehicles they had counted in this precinct or left one unaccounted for.
Giggy checked on the fire station and found that it appeared to be empty - so, of course, he went in and started a fire in a trash can and set off the fire alarms.
Just after Giggy left the fire station, he noticed that a building due east of him was burning - and that wasn't part of their plan, so he went to investigate.
He discovered a severely burned and still burning Buckwheat hanging out of a second story window, and radioed Quicksilver that he needed transportation. Quicksilver lost the Lone Star prowler easily enough and then circled back to Giggy's location, grabbed Buckwheat and dropped him off anonymously at the nearest hospital.
Meanwhile, Raven swung around to collect Giggy, and on their way out of the area, set off the second detonation. This one had been moved by someone into a nearby dumpster, and caused much less damage, but did redirect the attention of the officials in the area for a while...
Later, waking up in a hospital, mostly healed (isn't magic great), Buckwheat turned himself invisible and worked his way out. He then found a pay phone and called Quicksilver to come an pick him up - and to bring a change of clothes.
Giggy got a cab to come and get Buckwheat, then to go to the airport, while Raven and Quicksilver started driving back to Sydney.
After arriving in Sydney, the group got back together, made contact, and got paid...
