This week Giggy got a call from his smuggler contact. She had a friend who needed some muscle to ride along from Sydney to Canberra. After checking with Michelle and Buckwheat, Giggy called back and said that they would take it. They were to meet the drivers at 5:00am at a warehouse near the docks.

Michelle arrived first, about half an hour early. She drove around the warehouse, and not seeing any place where she could park without either risking being towed or being in the way of the trucks, she drove off to park a couple of blocks away.

She got out of the car and started walking toward the warehouse. Shortly after she started, she noticed a pair of orks following her. The first ork caught up with her, and took a swing at her. He connected with the back of her head, but not as solidly as he would have liked. She whipped out her taser and tried to give him a shock, but failed. Another swing of his fist, which would leave a bruise, made her shot back swing wide. However, Giggy pulled up on one of his motorcycles and took a shot at Michelle's assailant. The ork dropped, but Michelle was already down.

Giggy roused Michelle and got her on his bike. He rode back to her car to see if it had been tampered with, and Michelle decided it would be best to have the autopilot drive it home, rather than leave it here for a couple of days.

As Giggy and Michelle were approaching the car from one direction, Buckwheat was walking up to it from the tube station in the other direction. After sending Michelle's car home, the three of them proceeded together to the warehouse.

When they arrived, a dwarf was leaning into the engine compartment of a large truck. Pulling his head out as they approached, he surveyed the three of them. "You must be Giggy," the dwarf said walking up to the Giggy. "I'm Paul."

"Michelle, Buckwheat," Giggy said pointing to his two companions in turn. "What's the plan?"

"One of you can ride here with me in the big truck, and the other two can ride with Sheena," he indicated another dwarf walking over from a second truck, "in her truck.

"We'll head out here in a couple of minutes and make for Canberra, should be pulling in there late this afternoon."

A few minutes later they were heading out of town. Buckwheat and Michelle were riding with Sheena, and Giggy was in Paul's cab. As they were leaving Sydney, a bunch of motorcycles pulled up and sort of swarmed around the two trucks.

Giggy recognized the colors of a gang that a good friend of his was in, and called her. After some brief negotiation, he slotted her some cred, and the motorcycles sped off in search of someone else to harass.

Other than that, they reached Canberra without event. When they got there, Paul told them that he and Sheena had some things to look into, and they were to watch the trucks and make sure nobody got near them, unless they were accompanied by Paul and Sheena.

Buckwheat looked at the two trucks, summoned a spirit, and asked the spirit to conceal the trucks, which it did promptly. Then the three of them crossed the street to a coffee shop to get something to drink and to wait for anything to happen. At sunset Buckwheat came back outside and summoned another spirit, as the first one faded.

A couple of hours later - still with no sign from Paul or Sheena - Michelle noticed someone coming up to where the trucks ought to be. Giggy and Buckwheat quickly followed her outside, and sure enough, there were four people sneaking up in the shadows behind the concealed trucks...
