Collectible Card Games

Collectible Card Games, Configurable Card Games, Customizable Card Games, (depending on who you ask) or simply CCGs, like both Table Top Role Playing and LARPing, comes in a variety of genres, from Science Fiction to High Fantasy.

In most CCGs, you are in a conflict or batte with the other player(s). You each have your own decks of cards, designed specifically for the particular game you are playing. The cards can be purchased from many toy stores and hobby shops, as well as many book stores or comic stores. The cards are sold in game-specific decks, starter packs, and expansion packs.

Rules of play for many games vary depending on whether the game is tournament or not. Please check with your game facilitator or tournament coordinator for specific information on which rules they are using.
