Home grown systems run the gambit from horror to comedy, from high fantacy to ultra-reality. These systems can be very entertaining, but may still be a bit rough around the edges. In addition to having fun playing in a home grown system, constructive feedback to the game creators is often appreciated to help to improve the system and (hopefully) turn it into something publishable in the future.
